What is RAG?

RAG stands for Raising and Giving and refers to the Students’ Union’s fundraising programme.

It gives you the chance to get involved in fun and enjoyable activities that raise vital funds for charities worldwide.

How can you get involved?

There are a number of different ways you can get involved. We run RAG activities throughout the year including annual challenges. They’re a chance to raise money for charity whilst taking part in a once-in-a-lifetime experience. In 2020/21, we’re running three different challenges – Kilimanjaro, Machu Picchu and Three Peaks.

Why should I take part?

Taking part in RAG Activities is a great way for you to make memories with friends whilst making a difference to charities across the world. You can also develop skills and experience that look great on your CV.
